Executive Director
Michelle Lute is a warrior for wildlife, strategic firestarter, and scientist at heart. As Executive Director of Wildlife for All, she’s leading the charge to transform state wildlife governance and center justice, compassion, and democracy in conservation.
Michelle brings twenty years of experience in wildlife management, nonprofit leadership, and public policy—along with a PhD in wildlife management and more than 30 published works across ecology and social sciences. Whether she’s building coalitions, pushing back on lethal management policies, or rescuing dogs, Michelle shows up with rigor, heart, and a clear-eyed vision of coexistence.

Mandy Culbertson

Communications Director
Mandy brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and public relations, honed over her impressive career of crafting compelling narratives and managing high-impact campaigns. She loves shaping narratives that challenge norms, change behavior, and spur others to action. Mandy believes in the power of media and content to tell the stories that matter and the inherent ability of good storytelling to create common ground. With her deep expertise in engaging diverse audiences, she is perfectly positioned to elevate story-based campaigns aimed at reforming wildlife governance.
Over her nearly 20-year career, she has delivered effective and creative storytelling, brand building, and media relations and communications strategy to nonprofit, government, and private sector organizations in issue areas including water quality, hunger, reproductive rights, and aging and disability care. Mandy holds a BS in Environmental Science and Journalism and a Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences secondary major from Kansas State University. She also studied ecotourism and environmental science at Universidad Veritas in San José, Costa Rica. Mandy’s commitment to wildlife conservation and her dynamic communication skills make her an invaluable addition to our team.
